Summary: The problem of taxation and penalization is treated as a nonantagonistic \((n+1)\)-person game. Existence and uniqueness theorems are proven for the Nash optimal solutions. Analytic expressions for optimal solutions are given in terms of the production functions. The results obtained are applied to the Yakut mining industry.
