Summary: A kind of particle swarm optimization method with the characteristic of logical time-sequenced is proposed and applied to procedure parameters optimization of semiconductor assembly product line. The actual semiconductor assembly product line is modeled. In allusion to such a kind of typical procedure parameters optimization as process time distribution to different products on each machine, the logical time-sequenced particle swarm optimization strategy with the evaluate index of average profit in unit time and equilibrium degree of machine is put forward and simulated.
