Summary: According to 2008–2009 survey data of infectious diseases, hand, foot and mouth disease in China also have fashion trends. This paper studies the mathematical model of SARS SEIJR amended to SICR model, and based on current medical research report concludes: Hand, foot and mouth disease were cured, the virus can be cured by their permanent immunity, analyzed and discussed SICR model to find a control in patients with HFMD complicated by severe cumulative number of theoretical and practical case for controlling the epidemic as a reference.
