Summary: The common concept example of tight sequence of measures is too abstract, and the form is a little bit complicated. To understand them is relatively difficult and to list by usual books is quite few. This article uses a new form and an understandable way to construct a tight sequence of measures, that is, under the familiar background of space of one-dimensional Borel probability measure, through technological arrangement of constructing plane geometrical figure and applying serials geometrical drawing to show the specific and intuitional picture, and to embody the essential concept of measure and the essential difference between non-tight and tight.
