On the solutions of algebraic equations. (English) Zbl 0714.12002
The authors present some elementary results about polynomials in one indeterminate with coefficients in a subfield of \({\mathbb{C}}\). Among the applications we mention the description of a BASIC program for obtaining the coefficients of a polynomial with given complex roots.
