From the text: This special issue of Networks is devoted to recent research in the area of network analytics and optimization. It contains a selection of high-quality papers presented at two conferences held in 2019: INOC 2019 and EURO 2019.
The 9th International Network Optimization Conference (INOC) was held on June 12–14, 2019, in Avignon, France. The 30th European Conference on Operational Research (EURO) was held on June 23–26, 2019, in Dublin, Ireland.
