Summary: We fuzzify the concept of an associative \({\mathcal I}\)-ideal in an IS-algebra. We give a relation between a fuzzy \({\mathcal I}\)-ideal and a fuzzy associative \({\mathcal I}\)-ideal, and we investigate some related properties.
