The authors study nonstationary working regimes of the thin-walled cylindrical piezoconverter located near a plane boundary. It is assumed that the shell is immersed in and filled with a liquid. Solution of the corresponding boundary value problem is obtained under certain assumptions, and numerical results are discussed.
