Summary: In this paper, we investigate the minimal \(I\)-open sets in ideal topological spaces. By using the theory of general topology, we obtain several characterizations and properties of minimal \(I\)-open sets. In addition, the relationships between minimal \(I\)-open sets and other types of open sets are investigated.
