Spectral properties of metapositive definite matrices \(A(a_{ij})_{n\times n}\) are studied. Relations are found for the number of the positive eigenvalues of \(A\), for the sum of all principal minors of the order \(k\), and for some estimation on eigenvalues of \(A\).
