Summary: With the significant impact of the project on the success of the project risk for the aerospace program, by constructing its risk evaluation index system, the authors use the principal component analysis to optimize evaluation indices. With entropy TOPSIS and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the relative closeness matrix and weight vector are obtained. Then they use them to judge the aerospace project risk. Finally the effectiveness of this method is proved through an example.
