Global attractivity of solutions of first-order delay differential equations with applications in population dynamics. (English) Zbl 1312.34112

Summary: We obtain a sufficient condition for the global attractivity of solution to the differential equation \[ x'(t)+ p(t) x(t-\tau)= 0, \] where the delay \(\tau\) is a positive constant. Further, the results are applied to nonlinear models arising in ecology.
