Summary: Several difference set pairs over \(Z_{2q}\) (\(q=ef+1\) is a prime power, \(e=2\) or 4) are constructed based on cyclotomic classes. The obtained difference set pairs have parameters as follows: \((4f+2, 2f+1, 2f, f, f)\), \((8f+2, 4f+1, 4f, 2f, 2f)\), \((8f+2, 4f+1, 2f, f, f)\), \((4f+1, 2f, 2f, 0, f)\).
