Internal design of the E3D inter-discipline environment. (English) Zbl 0689.68029
Summary: Requirements and techniques are presented for the internal design of an inter-discipline environment, i.e., an environment oriented towards the linkage of various structural analysis, heat transfer and other numerical codes. The choices made in the E3D software for study of structure in aircraft engines are discussed.
