The aim of this paper is to treat an analytical explicit solution of the moments of the overflow queue from a truncated Markovian queue: M/M/c/k. The researchers gave an explicit solution for \(M_{(1)},M_{(2)}\), and \(M_{(\ell)}\), then they deduce some particular cases for both \(c=1,2\) and different values of k. Also they construct two tables and draw three graphs for \(M_{(1)}\).
