PLSI polynomials: Stabilization of 2-D recursive filters. (English) Zbl 0604.93022
It is shown that the PLSI concept can be effectively used to stabilize every 2-D unstable recursive filter by recurrently taking a finite number of PLSI’s of the filter denominator polynomial.
