Summary: The dynamical characteristics of a model of macroeconomic growth are studied. A discrete-time analogue of the model have been derived which preserves the convergence characteristics of the continuous-time system. By using the standard discretization, another discrete-time model has been obtained which is of logistic type equation. It is shown that for certain parameter values this equation is chaotic in the sense of Li and Yorke.
