Stochastic optimal resource allocation model and algorithm based on linear rule. (Chinese. English summary) Zbl 1399.90204
Summary: We propose a two-stage linear programming model to determine an emergency resource allocation scheme for emergency disasters. Randomness of resource requirements of demand points is represented by intervals. The proposed model is solved by using a linear programming, which is equivalent to stochastic programming with a linear decision-based equation. Finally, we propose a case study to highlight the efficiency of the proposed model and the solution strategy.
