Analysis for an SEIR epidemic model with pulse vaccination and distributed delay. (Chinese. English summary) Zbl 1349.34362

Summary: Pulse vaccination is an effective way to control the spread of infectious diseases in real world. A class of SEIR epidemic model with pulse vaccination and distributed delay is proposed. The existence of a periodic solution is obtained. Then, the global stability of the model is obtained by using an impulsive comparison principle. Finally, using again a comparison principle, we obtain the permanence of the model.
