Summary: The passive radar signal characteristics of the reference channel and the target echo channel are analyzed and a target detection method by eliminating the reference channel but taking use of the target echo channel data information is proposed to extract time delay and Doppler frequency parameters of the target. When estimating the Direction Of Arrival (DOA), the known waveform matching algorithm and the amplitude comparison and angle measurement approach algorithm are presented to realize multi targets parameter matching. The methods are proved to be efficient by computer simulations.
