Identification of singularities in estimation of the quality of the transitional characteristics of linear automatic control systems with stationary parameters. (English. Russian original) Zbl 0569.93023

The paper is concerned with the construction of linear time-invariant state-space models having minimum number of parameters. These models are used to identify singularities related to extremal properties of a functional which characterizes the system functioning.
