Intrinsical symmetries, similarity reductions and exact solutions of the \((2+2)\)-dimensional nonlinear differential-difference mToda equation. (Chinese. English summary) Zbl 1240.34024
Summary: The intrinsic symmetry group analysis method is extended to solve the \((2+2)\)-dimensional nonlinear differential-difference \(m\)-Toda equation. Using the symmetries and the solution of the corresponding characteristic equation, this equation is similarity reduced. Finally, some exact solutions are constructed by inverse transformations.
