Structure evolution during the cooling and coalesced cooling processes of Cu-Co bimetallic clusters. (English) Zbl 1227.82088
Summary: Constant-temperature molecular dynamics with general EAM was employed to study the structure evolutions during the cooling and coalesced cooling processes of Cu–Co bimetallic clusters. It shows that the desired particle morphologies and structures can be obtained by controlling the composition and distribution of hetero atoms during synthesis process.
