Summary: The purpose of the present article is to give a brief survey of some important aspects of recent developments in the theory of fuzzy preference relations and their applications in economics. Different types of choice sets in fuzzy setting and unfuzzy non-dominated sets generated by fuzzy preference relations are also discussed. Finally, general equilibrium theory with fuzzy preference relations is mentioned.
