The Old Farmhouse

My great-grandmother lived in two farmhouses that I can remember visiting. She was widowed early in life, and both of her children died in young adulthood, but not before her daughter had my mom. Grandma always worked very hard, and she usually had a boarder or two and cooked their meals for them. I've had a soft spot for farmhouses all my life because they remind me of her.
