This is my favourite every day easy porridge recipe. Using frozen berries makes it easy to whip up anytime as I always have them stocked (and I'd recommend you do too!). Chia seeds add some extra nutritional value, cinnamon some flavour, and maple syrup some sweetness!

This recipe makes about 3 servings. You can double or triple it if you have an event to go to or you’re hosting. Ingredients • 1/2 cup rolled oats • 3/4 cup milk of choice (I used almond) • 1 medium banana - mashed • tsp pure maple syrup • tsp vanilla • sprinkle of cinnamon • 1 cup frozen berries or fruit of choice Preheat oven to 350 Mix everything but the berries up in the dish Top with berries Bake for 35 minutes Let stand for 10 before cutting You can top this with almond butter, chopped nuts, more maple syrup or whatever you want!
