Q. How long does the application process take?
If you’re successful at each stage, it usually takes between 2 and 4 weeks to get from submitting your application to a job offer.
Once you’re in touch with our team, we will take you through the process and give you a more accurate timeline.
Q. How do I find the salary advertised for each role?
We set salaries against internal and market benchmarks to ensure we’re offering you a competitive package.
We’ll talk through compensation at the start of the interview process.
Q. What should I wear to my interviews?
In general, we recommend wearing smart casual attire that would be appropriate for a client meeting. The most important thing is you feel comfortable and focused on the interview.
Q. Can I work from home?
We offer flexible working so we’re happy for you to blend working from home and from the office. If you apply for some roles you’ll need to come into the office for certain team meetings – we’ll let you know during your phone screen if the role you’re applying for is one of them.
Q. What are the stages of the application process?
We change our application process for each role, but in general your experience will look something like this:
- Initial 30-minute phone screen with a member of our recruitment team
- Wonderlic Cognitive Test to assess your ability to solve problems and learn new skills
- Practical task so you can present role-related skills
- Interviews with your hiring manager and other members of your team
- Formal job offer
