Allah Dino Khawaja (a.k.a. A.D. Khawaja), is the incumbent Inspector General of Sindh Police. He is an officer of the Police Service of Pakistan, and is batchmates with prominent bureaucrats namely Fawad Hasan Fawad, Rizwan Ahmed and Raja Sikandar Sultan.^[1]

He has taken serious decisions and implemented the National Action Plan of Pakistan and Karachi operation. He appointed many constables in Sindh Police on merit basis without any political pressure.^[2] He launched reforms into the existing Policing system in Sindh province and revised CCTV monitoring system in Karachi metropolitan.

For the first time in the history of Sindh, under the leadership of I.G. Allah Dino Khawaja, police constables have been appointed purely on merit through credible testing services and physical test by the Pakistan Army. Previously, the posts of constables were always filled by the ruling party and the allies. In many cases, criminals, over-aged and physically unfit persons got appointed on political basis creating many troubles for the law enforcers.
