The hotel is very good. From the reception at the checkout everyone is very polite and asked to serve the customer well. Breakfast is very good, but what a pity that for people who are celiac didn't have a safe human option. What saves is that near the hotel a couple blocks there is a restaurant called Balance with care for safe meals. From breakfast to dinner.

Hotel in the city center. Looking from the outside, you cannot imagine all the internal care that went into every corner and detail of the hotel. The accommodations are very satisfactory. The common areas are made up of several environments. We even use a chapel to perform our prayers. Breakfast very varied and with several food options. Now, the hotel's shine comes from the heated pool and an 8-seater hot tub. The drinks are exquisite and all very tasty. All the staff deserve to be congratulated, but Hudson (Pool Bar) is a fantastic guy! He is very attentive, kind and polite. You can see that he loves his job! Overall, the hotel surprised us very positively!

Perfect service following cleaning and feeding. Very good. I just didn't like the experience of having to make natural juice. I think they could have juice pots, given that the artificial ones were horrible, being orange and pineapple options.

The hotel itself is good, staff are very helpful and polite, but some points need improvement. The towels and blankets are very old. Because the city is very humid, the rooms and towels smell like dirt. The rooms are not standard, mine was old and my sister's was new (renovated). The breakfast had a lot of options, but all were ok. Several breads, but all hard and dry.

We loved the trip! All the tours were amazing. The hotel staff is very attentive and the Loumar company we chose for the reception and tours was wonderful!!! It was totally worth it😉 If we have the chance, we'll come back... SHOPPING in Paraguay and MACUCU SAFARI are the best 😍

Great breakfast. Very helpful staff, especially the guy at the pool bar and the receptionists. The hotel is close to the bus terminal. The Jacuzzi had a motor problem, but the pool was well heated. Every day I went to pray in the little chapel inside the hotel. The maid placed a very cute puppy on the bed with the towels. I found the little room with water purifier, microwave and iron to be very functional.

I highly recommend it. The facilities are excellent: the suite has useful dressers that help you organize your belongings and a work bench, excellent internet, smart TV configured with an Amazon account and other streams, new swimming pool and jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the city, bar service and Excellent room too, super prepared receptionists and concierge, breakfast with a lot of variety.
Points for improvement: the new raw wooden door in the bathroom left a strong smell in the closed room, they could have added more options for snacks or pizza (something light) on the pool menu, there was a lack of service at the pool bar in the morning (the bar is only open from 2pm, leaving those in the pool in the morning without a towel or assistance), the waffle syrup was very bad (it was actually a very watery cold chocolate syrup), there was a lack of natural juices instead of del vale juices as well as other classics in the breakfast: the French bread looked more like a little loaf of bread (they cut it in half and you could barely put anything in it), it was missing a papaya and other good fruits.

Comfort in the room, hygiene throughout the hotel, excellent reception starting from reception and all hotel employees
On the negative side, we made the reservation in August, for the period from September 23rd to 30th, but on the 25th the pool was closed due to construction. In August, the reservation department did not comment on this work and did not even have information on the hotel's website. I certainly already had a plan for the work, as we would certainly look for another hotel, since my husband needs to exercise due to osteoarthritis in his knee. I even brought noodles (spaghetti) to exercise in the pool.
We booked for the comfort of the hotel and heated pool. We were disappointed in this item

The hotel is completely organized. The staff are super attentive and willing to make your experience the best possible. The chambermaid Francielle is exceptional, she really added a special touch to the care of our room. The pool is charming and the waiter there is always willing to help even with things outside his responsibility. I am very grateful for the experience.

Yes, there is hair dryer in all apartments.
I'm available!

I would contact the hotel and ask them. I know for foreigners it can be difficult to get a job in Brasil, but in Inguacu there are lots of people from Arab countries so maybe you could connect with the Lebanese community there. There are also lots of Lebanese people in São Paulo, I suspect you already know that! Good luck.
Good morning, Lily!
It is correct, the tourism fee is R$ 2.50 per day per person.
There is no coffee/tea facilities in the room. The hotel can arrange airport pick up for extra charge. There are taxis waiting at the airport or the bus stops right there.
Good afternoon, Shefali!
We have 2 options, in the room can have 3 singles beds, or 1 double bed and a single bed. It can choose what is best for you.
I am at the disposal!
