PlayStation® Plus: PlayStation® Plus Rewards Website 

1.     Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they form a legal agreement between you and us, Sony.  Your use of PlayStation® Plus Rewards is governed by the terms and conditions that appear below. Do not use PlayStation® Plus Rewards if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.  

2.     PlayStation® Plus Rewards is a platform provided by Sony on which Sony and third parties can provide voucher codes for offers relating to products they sell (“Offers”, and each an “Offer”). Where the products are sold by a third party, the terms of the relevant third party will govern the Offer and the products subject to the Offer in addition to these terms and conditions and any terms displayed on the PlayStation® Plus Rewards website. Where the products are sold by Sony, these terms and conditions, any terms displayed on the PlayStation® Plus Rewards website and any terms specific to the Sony product will govern the Offer and the products subject to the Offer.

3.     The Offers available in PlayStation® Plus Rewards are open to account holders who have an account for the PlayStation® Network (“PSN”) and who meet the Eligibility Requirements (“Eligible Person”).

4.     Each Offer is available during the relevant Promotional Period.

5.     Offers available in PlayStation® Plus Rewards may vary from country to country.

6.     Minimum age restrictions apply to some Offers, meaning certain Offers may not be made available to users below the required age, or users below the required age may not be able to redeem the Voucher Code or take the benefit of the Offer.

7.     To take advantage of any Offer, Eligible Persons must complete the following steps during the relevant Promotional Period (“Steps”):

a.     click on the PlayStation® Plus Rewards links on www.playstation.com;

b.    sign into their account;

c.     click on the Offer they want in order to access the Voucher Code; and

d.    follow the link to a third party website to redeem Voucher Code.

8.     No cash or other alternative to any Voucher Code is offered and Voucher Codes are not transferrable and may not be sold.

9.     Voucher Codes will not be valid after the Voucher Code Expiration Date.

10.  Only one Voucher Code per Offer per Eligible Person.

11.  Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

12.  PlayStation® Plus subscription only available to users who have an account for PSN with access to PlayStation® Store and high-speed internet.  PSN, PS Store and PS Plus subject to terms of use and country and language restrictions; PS Plus content and services (including the availability of Offers) vary by subscriber age. Users must be 7 years or older to access PlayStation® Plus and users under 18 require parental consent to access PlayStation® Plus, except that users in Germany must be 18 years or older. Service availability is not guaranteed. 13.  Internet required. Eligible Persons are responsible for any internet access fees.

14.  Access to Offers become available to Eligible Persons up to 24 hours after joining PlayStation® Plus.

15.  If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, Sony may in its sole discretion refuse to deliver any Voucher Code.

16.  Sony accepts no responsibility for failure of any Eligible Person to create or sign-in to their account for PSN as result of any Eligible Person’s or third party’s network, hardware or software failure of any kind.

17.  Where the Offer relates to a third party product (i.e. not a product sold by Sony), the Voucher Codes, the Offer and the product in the Offer is provided and operated by the third party and Sony accepts no responsibility for the Voucher Codes, Offers or the products in the Offers, including in relation to any inaccurate description of the Offer or products, the inability of Eligible Person’s to redeem the Voucher Codes (e.g. faulty Voucher Codes), or the use or purchase of the products.

18.  Sony reserves the right to alter, suspend or cancel any Offer or update and/or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

19.  In the event of a dispute, Sony’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

20.  Sony reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of any Offer.

21.  Offers relating to third party products can only be redeemed on the third party’s website and are subject to that third party’s terms of use.  Sony takes no responsibility for the provision of the third party’s Voucher Codes.

22.  To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and the contract between each Entrant and Sony shall be deemed to have been formed and performed in England.
