This is a 12" x 12" original mixed media painting/collage titled "Glittery" in a hand-painted frame that adds just over half an inch on each side. The piece is comprised of found paper, sequins, glass marbles, metal foil, and other found objects. I made this piece after seeing the film "Woman in Gold," and was much inspired by the twinkling gold of Klimt's paintings.
