This is by far one of the most stunning cakes I have ever designed! The sugar flowers and lace which adorn each tier are all handmade, the 2nd and 4th shimmer with a pearl lustre and to add to the romance the happy couples initials are entwined on the 2nd tier. Down the back is a pearl button effect and tumbling lace and petals. It’s spring time here in Southern Hemisphere so this little single tier is totally spring inspired. Sugar Cosmos and cherry blossoms match the colour blocking fondant. To achieve this effect I used the ‘wrap’ method when covering. Hope you enjoy. X
