Save these Middle splits tips & 5 moves to follow 🙌🏽

- Breathe !!
- Make sure you have warmed up
- Strengthen hip muscles as well as stretch (this is why we include active stretches )
- Strengthen your hip flexors and adductors
- Practice your front splits first then work toward middle splits
- Engage your glutes
- Use socks / sliders / a wall to help with your stretches and spend as much time as possible in your stretch
- Don’t force it !
