I’ve always been the worst pancake flipper, I’m too inpatient because I don’t want them to burn. It took me two years to come up with perfectly flipped, fluffy, real protein pancakes without the powder stuff. Yesterday I finally figured out the right ingredient combo! Tips: 
- Preheating the griddle for 5 mins on medium low.
- Use a 1/4 measuring cup
- Let the batter sit for 5 mins after mixing 
- Use a flexible spatula bigger than the pancake to maintain the fluff.
