Otohime accompanies the World Noble back to the heavens. She safely returns one week later with a letter encouraging the Fishmen to relocate there.
Otohime is attacked by an unknown perpetrator. Hody declares the assailant was a human, and Neptune heads to Hard-Shell Tower in a fit of rage.
The pirates force citizens to defile Otohime's photo. Hody delivers a speech from the palace, declaring that he will now lead the Ryugu Kingdom.
Zoro and others are tortured while Brook uses his new skill to sneak into the palace. At the Sea Forest, Luffy and Jimbei engage in an intense battle.
After capturing King Neptune, Hody heads to Gyoncorde Plaza to execute him. Excited, the New Fishman Pirates once again head to the plaza.
Rejected by Shirahoshi, Decken comes up with a plan to destroy everything. Hody arrives at Gyoncorde Plaza to find Neptune's forces waiting for him.
Shirahoshi and Jimbei ride Megalo to Gyoncorde Plaza but fall into a trap. Meanwhile, Fukatoshi and the gang join Neptune in the ensuing battle there.
Hody reveals that he shot Otohime at Gyoncorde Plaza 10 years ago. Shirahoshi tells him that she already learned this from Megalo, who witnessed it.
Luffy arrives at the plaza just as Hody is about to kill Neptune. The Straw Hats assemble and attack using the strategy that Jimbei taught them.
Half of the 100,000 New Fishman Pirates fall. Luffy hits the others with his Gum-Gum Giant Pistol while Zoro, Robin and Brook join in the fighting.
The Straw Hats gradually take down the New Fishman Pirates. Joined by Nami, Usopp and Chopper, Franky shows off a new weapon on the Thousand Sunny.
The Straw Hats debut two new weapons during the battle. Despite being attacked by Daruma, Frankie combines the weapons to make a giant robot.
Luffy uses his Haki to overpower Hody. However, the Noah, a giant ship built by the residents centuries ago, now threatens to collide with the island.
Decken uses Devil Fruit to aim the Noah towards Shirahoshi. To protect the residents, Shirahoshi leaves the island in a bid to draw the ship away.
