As the data controller, Nacon ("We," "Our," "Nacon"), a company of the BigBen group with its headquarters located at 396-466, rue de la Voyette – CRT 2 – 59273 Fretin, collects the personal data of Users and Customers (hereinafter referred to as "Data") from the websites https://www.nacongaming.com/ and https://my.nacongaming.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Sites).
Our Privacy Policy aims to inform you about our practices regarding the collection, use, and sharing of the Data you may provide to us through our My Nacon platform (the "Platform") accessible from the Sites or our mobile applications to benefit from the services offered (hereinafter the "Services").

- Your email address when you sign up for the Sites' newsletter.
- The information provided when you fill in your MyNaconGaming profile, namely:

Data related to your orders that we collect during your purchases on the Sites (it being specified that to order on the Sites the creation of an account is mandatory):

Your Data collected and processed in connection with the Services is primarily stored in the European Union.
NACON is committed to taking all appropriate protective measures in the event of your data being transferred outside the European Union (implementation of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

Your collected data will be retained for the entire duration necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes, plus the period of the legal statute of limitations.
The data collected during your registration will be retained for the entire duration of your relationship with NACON. They may then be retained and processed for 3 (three) years from the end of the commercial relationship (for example, from a purchase, the expiration date of a warranty, or the last contact from you) to enable us to send you commercial solicitations, subject to the withdrawal of your consent when it was required or the exercise of your right to object.

You may delete your account on the Platform at any time. We draw your attention to the fact that once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your history or any information that comprised the account in question.

We may regularly make changes to Our Privacy Policy. We recommend that you regularly review the Privacy Policy posted on the Sites. By accessing or using Our Services after the Privacy Policy has been updated, Nacon will consider that you have acknowledged the terms of the Privacy Policy, including updates.
