✨ What an incredible two days! ✨ We’re beyond grateful for the fantastic turnout at Women in MACH: Breaking Barriers, Building Futures. With around 200 participants, the energy was absolutely electric! Day 1 kicked off with inspiring sessions, including: 🌟 Isabell Aakervik’s insights on the Women in MACH Ambassador initiative, empowering attendees to take action and drive change. 🤝 Our Mentor/Mentee networking session, where connections were made, experiences were shared, and relationships built. Day 2 was equally exciting: 🎤 Debbie Ellison from VML led a powerful fireside chat, sharing her journey of breaking barriers and creating a more inclusive digital future. 🔥 An insightful panel discussion on battling inherent bias, featuring Miya Knights, Christelle Dexet, Todd K. Harris, and Amber Bartholomeusz, explored how we can reshape perceptions and challenge systemic biases. 💡 And let’s not forget the launch of the DEIB Scoring Tool—an important milestone in advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the MACH community. We’re thankful to all who participated and contributed to these impactful conversations.
