Namaste. My name is Artur Neumann. I've been living now for 12 years here in the beautiful city of Pokhara. Currently, I'm working as the CTO of JankatiTech. It's a software development company here in Pokhara. I have been programming computers now for around 30 years. In that time I have been in every part of the software development lifecycle. And we all know to get our customers and our bosses happy, we have to deliver quickly and we have to deliver good quality. But that's an issue because to deliver good quality we have to spend a lot of time testing our software. Every new feature, every small change can introduce regressions. So to hold up quality we have to retest over and over and over again. So we as developers, we only can lose. The bosses shout at us because we're too slow, the customer shout at us because we are too expensive and we ourselves, we get bored because we have to do the same work over and over again. Also, if you are anything like me, you would rather implement new features and have fun with that, than test old ones. In my session at WordCamp 2024, I will give you the key to make your bosses and your customers happy to be faster than your competitors.
