Everything‘s always about feelings. And Nobody cares about the feelings of this their superiors because they’re not allowed to have any. Why? because they’re too busy building and orchestrating the many things while the hired staff just worries about their feelings rather than doing their job and then wonder why people don’t have jobs. Everyone so quick to say a workplace is toxic and find it unacceptable - that there is expectations in a job - yet their personal lives may have toxicity and they accept that. Some people live in a world that only exists in their head, there’s rainbows lollypops and unicorns.

I couldn’t agree more with this. Sadly It is usually seen as a problem with that individual rather than a problem with their surroundings and how they are being made to feel.

Exactly, when you are up against Ego's, can they Hear & See anything else, but themselves. The Culture Birthed from the Top, will Be the Success or Failure of any Company. We need Leaders, Not Dictators. There is No place For Arrogance or Entitlements within any Organization. This is what causes Toxcicity & lends permission to Management to bend the Rules at will, & create little Empires from within.

Sure it is a sign they consider leaving the company, however do not underestimate a high workload resulting in a possible burnout or personal problems they have.

yep pretty much, I did so much to change and grow and nothing was good enough for my past employer...turns out I outgrew the place and no longer could tolerate the environment or culture, so it was time to move on. So I actually appreciate the hardships I faced there, it has helped me grow so much as a person and has taught me that I deserve so much more!

Well Said, however If employees feel they have no one to talk to about their concerns or feel monopolized, becoming a mute spectator to keep earning is often their only option. This is a clear sign that something needs to change. Every voice matters, and it's crucial to foster a space where everyone feels heard and valued.
