You can never really know the true impact of your actions.... For me we should always choose to do the right thing, even when it doesn’t benefit us. As all of our actions, even something trivial can have a huge impact somewhere else, or on someone else. Often we don’t even realise it. ‘The Butterfly Effect’ is the theory that the world is deeply interconnected… So one small, seemingly insignificant event on one side of the world…. Can have large and unpredictable consequences on the other side. And while I am no scientist or have no data to back up the theory – I fully believe in the concept. For me, honesty and integrity are really all we have – so value your principles above all else. As you just never know the true impact your actions might have!

Every individual, at some point, grapples with the fundamental questions: What do I truly want? Where should I direct my energies? The answers often lie in one's core values. These principles or standards, as defined, dictate one's judgment about what is crucial in life. Very few ask the right question.

How do I tackle challenges? By hitting the pavement. Strapping on my Hokas is my first step towards solution-finding. Each step during my walk provides valuable time to think through and address the day's obstacles... And sometimes, I even run into a friend along the way (who happens to be a consultant as well)! How about you? What's your go-to strategy for solving challenges?

Your mission and the way your organization plans to make it a reality should never be overcomplicated. Keep it simple and concise. that way everyone is aligned and everyone is excited about the same things.
