What determines your health? Think different.🙃 Great presentation by Lucien Engelen. Thanks Tjasa Zajc to introduce me to the topic. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞. 20% of my health depends on my DNA, 22% on where I live, 37% how I live, 15% is combination of all above and just 6% is on healthcare. Each of us can do the most for our own health. 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Not a cure. “Be the change you want to see in the world.” 🙂 https://lnkd.in/d3eiHmTq #health #prevention #healthcare
