Color blindness can impact website accessibility, creating barriers for users in perceiving low-contrast elements, understanding color-coded information like error messages or chart data, and navigating interfaces reliant on color cues. If your website lacks accommodation for these challenges, it could be non-compliant with ADA laws and fail to meet WCAG guidelines. Not sure if your website is compliant? Prismo can help. This white paper introduces web accessibility, which ensures that websites are designed to allow equal access to information and functionality for all users, including those with disabilities. It benefits people with permanent physical challenges, changing abilities due to aging, and temporary disabilities. Web accessibility tools include braille displays, screen readers, and voice recognition. Accessibility is important because it is a basic human right and can increase sales and lower maintenance costs. To achieve accessibility, websites should provide clear headings, descriptive link text, and multiple ways of finding content. https://lnkd.in/gFPujBHx
