It's been a busy year! I've watched with pride as many of my paramedic colleagues successfully made the transition to working in primary care, supporting the general practice workforce. So, I thought what better way to understand the role of the primary care paramedic and the pressures of general practice, than to work directly in this setting. Yesterday, was the start of some regular shifts in general practice, not just observing but actively practicing and participating. It's an opportunity to make a different kind of difference in patient care, not as the CEO of Pinnacle, but as a primary care paramedic. I'm nervous and excited. Nothing like a new challenge! #PrimaryCareParamedic #GeneralPractice #FrontlineParamedic
Excellent Justin. One of the many options i promoted back in 2014 (a decade ago). Such a wonderful spplication for the Paramedic skillset. Congratulations.
