"Micro88 GoogleOff" allows you to prevent the Google bot from visiting your web server. Why might you want to do this ? For example, if your company is registered in a sanctioned country, Google will lower your site's ranking and it may become invisible to the world. And at the same time, Google will continue to visit your site and receive information that may be valuable to it.  If you don't like the situation of someone taking advantage of you and hiding information about you from the world, you can block Google from visiting your site altogether. As they say, love must be mutual, if you think we are so bad, then why do you visit us 10 times a day ?  In fact, in this case you have nothing to lose at all. Still, he doesn’t show you and hides you from everyone. Don't worry, other search engines show your site, for example ms bing is even very loyal to everyone, and not in words, but in deeds. "Micro88 GoogleOff" works in the background and does not eat up your memory and CPU time. A version for Windows has already been made. A Linux version will be available later. Ever Wondered What Happens When You Hit That Power Button? Unveiling the Linux Boot Process! Imagine your computer as a complex machine waking up. Here's what goes down: ▶ The Big Switch: The journey begins with the BIOS/UEFI, the firmware that acts as the system's early bird. It wakes up from a deep sleep in non-volatile memory, performs a POST (Power-On Self Test) to check if everything's shipshape, and detects all the connected hardware – CPU, RAM, storage, you name it! ▶ Picking a Champion: With all the hardware identified, it's decision time. The BIOS/UEFI needs to choose a champion – the boot device that holds the operating system. This could be your hard drive, a network server, or even an old-school CD-ROM. ▶ Boot Loader Takes the Stage: Once the champion is chosen, the baton is passed to the boot loader, often GRUB. Think of it as the MC introducing the main event – the Linux kernel! GRUB might even give you a choice of which kernel version to boot, just in case you're feeling adventurous. ▶ Kernel Takes Charge: With the kernel loaded, the real magic begins. This is the core of the operating system, the conductor of the hardware orchestra. The kernel starts a special process called systemd, which acts as the system's taskmaster. ▶ systemd: The Busy Bee: systemd doesn't waste any time. It probes remaining hardware, mounts your precious filesystems (like your home directory!), and even gets your desktop environment (think fancy visuals) prepped and ready. ▶ Target Acquired! systemd has a built-in roadmap called "target units." By default, it activates the "default.target" which ensures all the essential services are up and running. Think of it as making sure all the backstage crew is ready before the show starts. ▶ The final act involves running startup scripts that configure your environment and personalize your experience. ▶ Finally, the login window appears, inviting you to take the wheel. Your Linux system is now fully operational and ready for your command!
