Don't do this. Please. Please reconsider it if you are tossing around the idea now on your exec team. This person is going to be underwater and underpowered from 5 minutes into the role. The real benefit from AI is going to be found integrating it into your core business processes and fine-tuning it across teams; which means you need an effective strategy and teams operating together under that strategy, not a figure head or token technologist.
