"But can no-code really handle my project?" Two objections I hear a lot about no-code development: 1, Functionality limitations myth: "No-code can't handle complex features." Reality: With platforms like WeWeb, Xano, and Supabase, you can build almost anything. Hit a limit? We simply add custom code. 2, Scalability concerns myth: "No-code breaks under heavy traffic." Reality: Modern no-code platforms scale from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of users. Need more capacity? Just upgrade your plan. No-code doesn't mean no power or no flexibility. At QikBuild, we've built robust, scalable solutions for startups and small businesses alike. Thinking about trying no-code for your next project? Let's have a friendly chat about how I can help. #NoCode #ScalableTech #StartupSolutions #TechMyths

Co-founder @ Verticode | Helping founders launch their MVPs quicker and more affordably than ever before
I’ve met dozens, maybe even hundreds of non-technical founders who have been advised to build their own MVP using a no-code platform. Founders dive headfirst into no-code platforms, thinking it's the fastest, easiest way to get their product to market, only to realise that it’s not as simple as it first seemed. There’s a huge misconception that anybody can quickly and easily build a fully functional and seamless platform using no-code tools. No-code might feel like a quick win at first, but many of the founders I’ve worked with realised over time that these platforms still require a lot of product experience, at the very least. Unfortunately by then they’ve sunk months or even years into building their MVP (which everyone will agree is not the way to launch your tech product). Is there still an argument that getting a no-code agency is a good path? The historic benefit of no-code solutions was that they were quicker and more affordable to have developed than fully coded products. The limited functionality, poor scalability, and lack of IP ownership were the price you paid for speed and agility. But this simply isn’t the case any more - fully coded products can be built quickly, flexibly and, more importantly, affordably. That’s why we started Verticode — so founders could get the benefits of a fully-coded, scalable product without the hassle of traditional software development. We’re faster, more affordable, and build solutions that grow with your vision, not against it. #MVP #nocode #startups #productdevelopment #verticode

The choice of development methods decides the long-term success of a startup. No-code platforms and custom software both have their own advantages and the key is to strike a balance between the two: https://lnkd.in/eNfVK6Vy #SoftwareDevelopment #StartupSuccess #CustomSoftware

As I build my startup, I’m doing something unconventional: I’m choosing to create rather than rely on expensive third-party services. I believe that with the right tools and a commitment to FOSS (Free and Open Source Software), we can build exactly what we need—without paying millions for features we can create ourselves. Self-hosting is more than a way to save costs; it’s about taking control, prioritizing privacy, and innovating freely. Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing this journey—from setting up our in-house infrastructure to customizing every tool to fit our unique vision. This path isn’t always the easiest, but for those who want true freedom and ownership over their tech, it’s a game-changer. So, if you’re interested in how self-hosting and FOSS can empower startups to build their own future, follow along! Excited to share what I am building, and learn from you all along the way! 💻🔐🌐 #FOSS #SelfHosting #TechFreedom #PrivacyFirst #StartupJourney

Struggling Startups: Feature Frenzy vs. Code Quality Nightmare? Hey #Startup founders! We've all been there - the pressure to launch that killer feature yesterday. But hold on, are you sacrificing code quality in the process? Rushing through code can lead to a mountain of technical debt - messy code that weighs you down later.
