As people mature and evolve, so do their preferences. What once satisfied them might no longer do the trick. Just as preferences shift from Frigidaire, GE, and Whirlpool to Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Miele, your clients' expectations for music systems are changing too. Is this the perfect moment to offer them something beyond the usual 'good enough', mass-market options? Consider introducing them to Bluesound and NAD/BluOS and elevate your clients' audio experience with top-tier options. For decades, Stereophile has released an annual list of recommended components. Their list is considered the gold standard, highlighting the most exceptional and superior products. Stereophile's Recommended Components 2024 is here, and we’re honored to have four Bluesound/NAD BluOS products making the list, with prices ranging from $649 to $5,000. M33 C3050 M10 V2 POWERNODE Here is what Stereophile had to say about these award winning products: "The soundstage was full and wide, and there was the impression of significant weight and body. The M33, in one well-integrated and handsome box, replaces all the traditional components and can be operated from a smartphone or a tablet. Keep your beloved speakers and let the NAD M33 do everything else. It will do it all superbly." —Kalman Rubinson "NAD's C 3050 LE is an excellent example of a modern, full-featured, solid state integrated amplifier. But it is its integration with Dirac low-frequency room equalization that enables it to offer pretty much everything audiophiles and music lovers need to enjoy their music at a competitive price." —John Atkinson "JA expressed surprise at how good the NAD (M10 V2) sounded, even when compared to a pair of monoblocks with a five-figure price tag. (The NAD actually offered better note definition, if not quite the same degree of deep bass extension and authority.) JA-the-listener concluded that the NAD "offers everything serious audiophiles and music lovers need to enjoy their music." —John Atkinson "The amp (POWERNODE) struck a good balance of richness and crispness, scale, and density..." —Ken Micallef What are other's saying about Bluesound/BluOS versus the mass market options? USA TODAY SAID: “We find BluOS [compared to Sonos]…to be easier to set up, easier to navigate, more reliable, more stable, and requiring fewer reboots (zero, in several months of use, in fact).” "We think BluOS is a much better app and platform than Sonos." Isn't it time to offer your customers the best solutions available from a family owned company who works with you and cares about your success? Now is the perfect time to elevate your clients' audio experience with top-tier options from Bluesound and NAD/BluOS. Please reach out to me to become a dealer: BFarley@Lenbrook.com #Bluesound #BluOS

Everything you wanted to know about playing music at your Dealership but were too afraid to ask: Q: Do I have to pay licensing fees to play music in my Dealership? A: Yes, you need to license the music you play in your business. Q: What happens if I don’t? A: If you don’t pay licensing fees, you could get sued by a Performing Rights Organization (PRO). Q: How do I license music from a PRO? You'll need to find the PRO with the music you want and complete the paperwork required to work with them. Unfortunately, it can be expensive to work with them directly, especially if you need music from more than one organization. Q: How much are violations to this licensing? Fines can be up to $250 per song. Q: I play music from the radio, Spotify, SONOS, etc. Am I covered? Most likely NOT, as those providers are registered for personal use, not business locations. Q: Is there an alternative to paying PROS to license music? You can work with Digital Dealership System to stream music that is already licensed for commercial use. Our partners work with PROs directly, so you don’t have to. Programs starting at only $25/ for customers of our Digital Sign or Dashboard Systems. See more information here: https://lnkd.in/eHft-n5G

Your product sells not for its features, but for the value it brings to your customers. Defining the value though is easier said than done. True product value lies in understanding and meeting the deeper, often unspoken needs of customers, beyond just functionality.

Question for everyone... is the continued growth of vinyl record sales a double-edged sword? So, the vinyl record market is not just surviving; it's thriving. In 2023, via Luminate's research, physical album sales shot up 5.2% and we saw an impressive 38.6% year-over-year increase in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales, a surge significantly influenced by cultural icon Taylor Swift. Her records have been a driving force, highlighting the power of artist-led D2C campaigns... and her unparalleled dominance. Yet, this growth is a double-edged sword. While massive artists largely succeed in D2C, traditional record stores face new challenges. These local shops, integral to our cultural fabric, now compete with online sales and exclusive artist packages/releases aimed at super fans. The allure of purchasing directly from artists and labels poses a tangible threat to these centers of culture in their community. Looking beyond Taylor Swift, we face a question: Might we see a downturn in vinyl sales impacting these local stores? Or beyond? How will the market adjust once the wave of high-profile releases... ends? The sustained growth of the vinyl industry is undoubtedly exciting. However, it's important to consider its impact on all stakeholders, especially record stores. More than mere retail outlets, they are the heart of our culture and communities. As we navigate this era of growth fueled by super fans, how can we ensure we don't lose sight of sustaining and supporting these local shops? #musicindustry #vinylrecords #recordstores #taylorswift #directtoconsumer

Where can the purchasing long arms reach? In addition to analyzing sales statistics and the features of the local market, I often develop OEM and even ODM specifications. To stock our warehouse with this kind of product always makes you twice as closely check the manufacturer. One of my projects is the guitar brand Root Note. It all started when I met a factory that produces guitars for Squier and Harley Benton. After receiving the samples, I realized that I definitely need to cooperate with these guys. Then came the stage of coming up with a brand concept. Smart, intelligent electric guitars have come into trend now, with a maximum of effects and modern technologies built into them. I went against the grain, focusing on traditional shapes, colors, and parts, collecting a "legendary" lineup of guitars played by recognized world rock stars. Of course, a suitable name is needed for such an assortment. I was thinking, what is the name of the music that goes back to the roots? Root Note! The leadership quickly approved my idea, and coordination of the design, logo, packaging, etc. All popular Russian guitarists-YouTubers made cool videos about Root Note. The second stage was an ambitious idea to create an analogue of the Yamaha F310 and Cort AD810 market killers. Taking the best from these guitars (design, packaging, spare parts, manual), I, like Dr. Frankenstein, created my Homunculus. It's scary to memorize, but everything looks pretty and has very appropriate price. The first batch went well, but the sale success of reference guitars is still very far away. Time will put everything in its place. In the meantime, we are moving on and creating an analogue of the Yamaha C40 and designing a range of guitar amplifiers. For those interested, here is a link to the rising star of the Root Note.https://https://lnkd.in/giXjdScT

Striving towards equality for all, in music and beyond | Co-founder & COO @ Seven20 & The Circuit Group
Music first, brand second. This can’t be reverse engineered. No matter how thorough a new artists’ marketing and branding might be, its authenticity that leads to real long term success. Artists who start with the brand first and find the music second, will always be caught out in the end. Because it’s consistency that builds a brand around an artist. Consistency in sound or personality or style. But a brand has to emerge from what’s already there. Otherwise, everything else comes across as disingenuous. Branding is an essential part of the modern music marketplace but it’s not the point. It’s about the music.

Ever wondered why some products sell better than others, even if they have similar features? It's because the power of a product's feature lies in the dream it sells. #Innovation #Marketing #EmotionalConnection When you're selling a product, sell the dream first - the 10GB of storage that's actually an entire music festival in your pocket, or the energy-efficient feature that's all about keeping your wallet as full as your battery. That's what sticks. That's what sells. Only then, back it up with the solid features that make it real. It's not about the specs, it's about the emotion, the life-changing outcome. Remember, emotions drive consumer behavior more than anything else. 🚀💰🎵💫

Selling beats seems fruitful in short term and promises clear monetary exchange on your efforts, but also keep an eye on the long term game. Keep that thing going but really Understand the nature of these Online stores and their Algorithm. There is very small market and everyone is fighting for that same placement. It's analogous to giving a competitive Exam, in which everyone's aiming to secure among fixed number of seats, thus the probability of Winning frequently is very less. It's in the Fundamental flaw of Music Industry that people don't pay for listening music. ITS FREE!!, and thus there is not much money coming into the industry directly from the consumers. The only way an Artist Makes Considerable Money is through shows which makes him dependent on the Organizers, Labels and the people with Big Money as Artist Doesn't have any money to fund his Journey. This Game is easier for an Artist who has Views and Metrics, at the same time is Unsustainable for the one who resides at the very end of payment chain. Us Engineers, Producers lies at the bottom of this chain because 1. We don't have a personal brand 2. We focus on making money initially and not working towards the only opportunities of Making it Big.
