It sounds so obvious - solving the right problem. But the reality is that so many people jump too quickly to finding a solution, without fully understanding which problem they’re actually trying to solve. This can lead to the most obvious issue: You likely don’t solve the problem (!!) - and if you do, it’s by chance. So what can you do? Dig deep and keep questioning until you fully understand the underlying issues and know what and who you’re solving for. Once you get that clarity, the solution becomes much easier and more targeted.
