Stability AI's new Stable Video 4D model can create multiple videos from different angles based on a single input, maintaining the look of original objects across space and time. With the ability to set parameters for eight unique viewpoints, it's a big step forward for video editing, game development, and VR. The model is available on Hugging Face. In #helsinki meeting some of the emerging tech community here. Had great discussions with Dipanjan Das from #SoundXVision about some of the amazing new tech products for #AR #VR. They are really reducing the cost of accessing #AR with build your own glasses. This will make it possible for people with low incomes to access #metaverse.

Multimodal #AI on a whole new level. A cycle or two ago there were a lot of experiments with adding smell to #VR #virtualreality experiences - involving largely the same "brain circuits" as sensing flavor. So it is not difficult to see that an #LLM trained similarly will be able to supervise the generation of smell on demand, as part of the #virtual experience. Could it do the same with flavor?
