🎉 Today, we proudly added our 2023 Honor Club notch to the trophy, and it means the world to me. This award is not just a recognition—it’s a reminder of the challenges we faced in our early years and, more importantly, a reflection of our mission to protect lives and families. Even more exciting, we’ve already qualified for 2024! 🙌 But our journey for this year isn’t over yet. We’ve got big goals ahead, a growing team, and plenty of opportunities to improve so we can continue serving our customers even better in 2025. Here’s to the future! 🚀 #HonorClub #MissionDriven #AlwaysImproving #TeamGrowth #Grateful #LifeInsurance #HomeInsurance #AutoInsurance #InsuranceProtection #ProtectingFamilies #InsuranceGoals #CustomerFirst #HereForYou #InsuranceProfessionals #FutureFocused #LocalInsuranceAgent #LikeAGoodNeighbor

Should I enter the same award each year? Have you ever seen on a company’s website or in their sales materials that they won awards several years ago, but haven’t won an award since? It doesn’t leave the best impression and begs the question – has something happened since that time that has made the company less successful? While you may not need to enter the exact same awards every year (that will depend on the award and the likelihood of a repeat win), achieving some awards recognition each year is a great strategy to showcase consistent excellence over time. I agree with your insights, Jarrod Best-Mitchell! Your analogy of treating top reps like Soca Superstars perfectly captures the essence of the issue. Many companies burden their sales teams with administrative tasks, mistakenly believing it maximizes productivity. Having spent years in sales and sales team management, I recognize the significance of planning and a structured process for sales success. However, it is crucial to distinguish between essential tasks and mere busy work. Your comparison to a Soca Superstar's preparation for a performance is spot on. Just as the superstar focuses solely on their core responsibility—delivering an outstanding performance—companies should empower their top reps to concentrate on selling. Let us encourage companies to prioritize the core responsibilities of their top reps and streamline their roles. By treating them like the Soca Superstars they are, providing the support they need, and eliminating unnecessary tasks, we can truly unleash their potential and watch their numbers skyrocket. We welcome a future where companies recognize the value of empowering their sales superstars for unparalleled success! P.S. Share the Knowledge, Empower Others

Here's what I observed from watching a Soca Superstar prep for a big performance. And it's something companies need to adopt if they want more from their top reps. This soca superstar came in and he was eating, not saying a word to preserve his voice. He watched the dancers practice. He listened to his manager feedback on He joined in on the routine a few times lip suncing his words. In other word he did nothing except his core responsibility - perform. Why is this something companies need to adopt? Because they have their top reps doing too much unnecessary work. This takes away from their selling time. Can you imagine if all your top rep did was sell? Like, did nothing else except sell. No paperwork, CRM, deliveries, nothing! Can you imagine what their performance would look like? Phenomenal X10 But yet in today's world we have top reps underutilized. Companies need to start treating their top reps like soca superstars. They shouldn't be spening time doing the unnecessary. Give them special treatment and you'll see their numbers skyrocket even further. Repost if you think all Sales teams should operate like this. Yellow Out 💛 #salesissales
